FINAL REGISTRATION and RECOMMENDED DOCUMENTS
1. Final registration will be by e-mail (fbekayit@erzincan.edu.tr) with scanned document.
2. Educational visa is taken from foreign representative office submitting the acceptance letter which is
sent to students who have right for the final registration.
3. Graduate Education Final Registration Form (at “Petitions and Forms” on Institute web site).
4. FR-367-In accordance with the KVK Law, the Graduate School Final Registration and Education
Process Student Clarification Text. (Please sign and scan the documents before upload to the
system)
5. Photocopy or notary certified Turkish translation of Identity Card.
6. Photocopy or notary certified Turkish translation of passport.
7. Bachelor’s Degree or the original graduation certificate and notary / foreign representative office
certified Turkish translation document for Masters Programs, Master’s Degree or the original
graduation certificate and notary / foreign representative office certified Turkish translation document
for PhD Programs.
8. Notary / foreign representative office certified Turkish translation document of Transcript (Bachelor /
Master’s degree)
9. Foreign language proficiency certificate except from the native language for PhD programs.
10. Turkish language proficiency document (if available)
Note:
*YÖK’s decisions are valid on Bachelor or Master’s degree diploma equivalency certificate of foreign
candidates. If there is a contrary on these decisions, students will be dismissed, and graduated students’
diplomas will be cancelled.
*If the foreign students who have the right to enroll are graduated from a university recognized by YÖK,
they are enrolled in the institute; if they graduate from an institution of higher education that has not been
known in case of its recognition by YÖK, then the students are enrolled provisionally, and studentship
procedures are started. Subsequent to determining the recognition of the graduated higher education
institute by YÖK, the students have right for final registration; in contrast, the students are dismissed from
the relevant institute.
*The original documents are given back to candidates who submit the original and copy of documents
during the final registration.
PROCEDURES TO BE MADE AFTER FINAL REGISTRATION
1. The tuition fee is paid and the receipt is delivered to the Institute Student Administration Office.
2. After the registration of the course (in consultation with the counselor), the student certificate is
obtained from the Institute and an application is made to the administration of the migration for
educational purposes. After the application, a copy of the permit is submitted to the Institute Student
Administration Office.
